“DETERIORATION DIAGNOSIS METHOD OF THE OIL FILLED TRANSFORMERS USING THERMALLY UPGRADED KRAFT PAPER”

本発表は耐熱紙使用油入変圧器の経年劣化度診断手法と耐熱紙の寿命基準について報告いたしました。

< Abstract >
Thermally upgraded Kraft paper (TUK), enhanced with amines such as dicyandiamide, offers superior thermal properties, enabling smaller and longer-life transformers. However, the mechanical properties of TUK differ from those of Kraft Paper (KP), further research is required into the life and deterioration criteria for TUK, and diagnosing TUK aging is difficult since its deterioration differs from conventional KP and no reliable aging marker, like furfural for KP, has been identified. The present study investigates the impact of the decrease in degree of polymerization (DP) due to thermal deterioration of TUK on changes both tensile properties and the furans generated. In addition, a bending test was performed on TUK-wrapped copper windings, with the aim of establishing a guideline for the life of a transformer with TUK.
